The People Behind the Patient Experience

Amber graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in English Literature. She later earned a Master of Health Administration degree from California State University, Northridge.

As Business Manager, Amber oversees many of the operational systems that support patient care, including administrative leadership, insurance credentialing, claims management, office operations, and organizational development. Her commitment to efficiency and patient-centered service helps ensure the practice operates smoothly while maintaining a high standard of care.

Klaudia earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Humboldt State University, where she conducted research focused on diversity and inclusion and served as a mentor supporting first-generation college students.

At Adelpha, Klaudia assists with scheduling, patient coordination, communication between patients and providers, point-of-care testing, and support for TMS services. She is passionate about helping individuals access resources and feel supported throughout their care experience.

Dasha earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside and later became a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant.

Her experience supporting diverse communities, first-generation students, and individuals through Crisis Text Line reflects her passion for healthcare and mental health advocacy. At Adelpha, Dasha assists with patient scheduling, clinical support services, TMS treatment administration, and communication between patients and providers.

Elisha graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and developed a strong interest in communication, identity, and human connection.

Before joining Adelpha, she worked in early childhood education, supporting children’s social-emotional growth through creative learning. Today, she helps coordinate patient care, administer TMS treatments, assists with clinical services, and contributes to creating a positive experience for patients throughout their treatment journey.

Briana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pacific Oaks College.

Her passion for mental health and helping others guides her work supporting patients throughout the care process. Briana assists with scheduling, patient communication, clinical support services, and day-to-day coordination that helps ensure patients receive timely and compassionate care.

Jacqueline graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. After graduating, she worked as a children’s educator and mentor supporting athletic endeavors and the social and emotional development of young children.

She values community in every role she takes on and is excited to support patients throughout their mental health journey. Jacqueline assists with scheduling, patient communication, clinical support services, and day-to-day coordination that helps ensure patients receive timely and compassionate care.

Angeline Guerra pursued and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University of Northridge. Her passion for self-growth, building connections and living a life of authenticity has inspired her to pursue her career in the mental health field and aspires to one day become a therapist herself.

She is excited to be part of such a dedicated team of professionals here at Adelpha Psychiatric Inc. and continue her journey within the mental health field.
