Comprehensive psychiatric care in one coordinated practice.
Adelpha brings medication management, psychotherapy, TMS, psychiatric evaluation, and specialized psychiatric services together under one roof. Our physicians and therapists work collaboratively to understand the whole person and recommend care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to individual needs.
You do not need to know exactly which service is right for you before reaching out. Our consultation process is designed to help determine the most appropriate next step.

Our practice brings multiple forms of psychiatric care together so that treatment can be coordinated, communication is clearer, and patients have access to a broader range of options when clinically appropriate.
Depending on your needs, care may include medication management, psychotherapy, TMS, family support, or other specialized psychiatric services. The goal is not simply to provide a service. The goal is to understand what will be most helpful for you.
Services in one coordinated practice.
Thoughtful care for a wide range of psychiatric needs.
A FDA-approved, non-invasive, non-medication treatment option for depression, anxious depression and OCD.
TMS is a highly effective, well-established treatment for depression, anxious depression, and OCD. It may be appropriate for patients whose symptoms have not improved sufficiently with other treatments. At Adelpha, TMS is provided in-house as part of a broader psychiatric care model.
Psychotherapy helps patients better understand emotions, relationships, behaviors, and life experiences. Treatment is individualized and designed to support long-term wellness, resilience, and meaningful change.
Comprehensive psychiatric care for adults.
Our physicians work with adults seeking support for a broad range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, psychosis, and more. Our clinical team brings their extensive training and expertise to develop comprehensive treatment plans for their patients treating the whole person.
Specialized psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults.
The first step in understanding the full picture.
First visits are designed to help your physician understand your history, goals, current concerns, and clinical needs. Whether serving as a one-time consultation, second opinion, or the beginning of an ongoing therapeutic relationship, your psychiatric consultation and evaluation helps create a clear and evidence-based treatment plan.
Flexible options based on clinical needs.
Adelpha provides in-person care at our Encino, Pasadena, and Oakland locations. Telehealth may also be available when clinically appropriate and will be discussed during the consultation process.
Insurance support is part of making care accessible
We know cost and insurance questions can be stressful. Our team will help make the financial side of care as clear as possible and help you understand what information is needed before treatment begins.
Adelpha accepts many commercial insurance plans and also offers courtesy billing for out-of-network patients. For patients using out-of-network PPO benefits, our courtesy billing service can help reduce the burden of submitting superbills independently.
The first step is a consultation process.
Thoughtful care starts with a thorough evaluation.
At Adelpha, getting started does not mean rushing into treatment without context. The first few visits start with an initial consultation period. This process includes at least two visits for adults and three visits for children and adolescents within the first month. This gives your physician or marriage and family therapist time to understand your history, current concerns, goals, previous treatment, and what kind of care may be helpful.
When appropriate, your physician or marriage and family therapist may ask to coordinate with your prior or current mental health providers, your primary care physician, or family members involved in your care. At the end of the consultation phase, we will share our impressions and recommendations. We will work with you to determine whether ongoing care with Adelpha is clinically appropriate and develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
